Fees

  • Psychiatric appointments: £150/hour Not available as from end Dec 2025
  • Online 1:1 coaching: £80/hour
  • Supervision and reflective practice: £60/hour
  • Training: POA
  • Organisational coaching or project work: POA 
  • Consultation fees should be paid by bank transfer/BACS

‘Cooling off’ period 

If you arrange a service online or by phone, you can change your mind within 14 days of entering into the contract and request your money back. However, if you use services during this 14-day period, you will be charged the cost of those i.e. if you choose to access a more rapid service (within those 14 days) you are waiving your right to cancel during the ‘cooling off’ period.

Cancellations 

Frith reserves the right to charge 50% of the service fee for appointments cancelled or not attended with less than 24 hours’ notice. If late cancellation was due to circumstances beyond your control, the fee may be waived but this is at Dr Riches’ discretion. Cancelled appointments with 24 or more hours’ notice will not be charged, but repeated cancellations may result in pausing/withdrawing the agreement to provide a service.
